A menos de un mes para que se cierre 2015, hoy hemos podido conocer nuevos datos de las ventas generales del año en Japón de la mano de datos actualizados de Famitsu publicados en Neogaf.
En ellos podemos observar como Nintendo conserva un año más el liderazgo de la venta de software en formato físico con más de 7 millones de juegos vendidos, a los que habría que sumar otros 750.000 de su subsidiaria The Pokémon Company (y sus respectivas copias digitales).
Este año la compañía japonesa ha alcanzado esa asombrosa cifra gracias en gran medida al éxito cosechado por Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, Splatoon y Fire Emblem Fates así como otros lanzamientos con menos de 500.000 unidades vendidas que también han aportado su granito de arena.
Le sigue de lejos Bandai Namco con algo más de 4 millones de unidades y Square Enix que se queda cerca de alcanzar los 3 millones. El título más vendido del año parece que corresponderá finalmente a Capcom, que gracias al lanzamiento de Monster Hunter X sumaba ya en los datos de la semana 50 del año más de 2 millones de copias, por lo que cuando tengamos los datos de todo el año probablemente habrá escalado varias posiciones en el top 10.
Sony por su parte, como suele ser tradicional, está bastante por debajo de su competidora directa en cuanto a software y anota apenas un millón de juegos vendidos, ligeramente por debajo de compañías que apenas han tenido protagonismo este año como Konami, que prácticamente ha vivido del lanzamento de un único juego: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
